  2. thank you for your help i am at work and will try what you say later in the day. What about the picture quality it gets kind of blury. One of the files i tried is gameofthrones s07e01 amzn 1080p (4 gb) and i tried it in my other samsung tv (not 4K) and plays excellent and in the egreat player it does not . I have the player connected with a 4k hdmi as well (in the 4k tv). Any suggestions there? Has anyone else been experiencing the same problem?

    Nikos
Set on TV picture size to Screen fit and not 16:9 and on Egreat scale screen to 100%. Samsung have 2.5% overzoom on 16:9 setting this can cause blurry image.

Hello, I also had movie posters in Chinese. I advised myself so that I changed the main menu to another language for example (Russian) checked that the posters load in Russian, then returned to Polish. Posters were loaded in English.
  6. Thanks guys you are being very helpful. Already solved the Chinese poster wall issue ( thanks to your help) when I return home I will try the picture quality settings
  7. As it turns out when I view 1080p series or movies the has some watermarks ( I do not know how to call it ) but in 4k quality no bad sign at all

I have solved a problem - the gertsovka from the TV at last has earned everything as well as has to-are simply is delightful! it is all about the STANDARD HDMI cable which goes in a set - I and I couldn't think that such thick wire - complete with egreat at which hdmi 2.0 and so not qualitative - just horror... it is very important accessory. In a result - I have inserted my usual HDMI cable-. and about a miracle has earned trumotion on the media player signal it is transferred many times quicker - manages to process now ponormalnomu-simply super-and people didn't trust me..... now all I am good-hope this information it is useful to those to whom there wasn't enough smoothness =) change a wire and enjoy-.dazhe borders at the TV have changed - earlier on an old wire in display - scale - in all screen exposed for 94% and now 100 on all - exactly. I said to you that there isn't enough smoothness - please not to an ispoplzuyta your player with such bad wire HDMI-I suffered very long and you have even not prompted because of what it could occur - you just didn't notice me and didn't listen - you thought I all this has thought up?.! With a new wire all very smoothly! I hope I have helped someone with the same problem.
  9. I cannot understand most of what you are writing sorry ... you mean you connected the tv with a different HDMI cable and now plays better or with the cable that was in the box , please specify. I bought an HDMI 2.0 and am using right now and have the complaints about not so great picture quality

Which was in a box - very BAD! (because of him there wasn't enough smoothness)
Now I use own old (1.4) and everything is remarkable ( full hd TV)
  11. But the old is not hdmi 2.0 the one in the box is , so perhaps the cable shows all of the flaws that the video files you and I are using because it transfers data clearly. I have tested 4k files as well as avc good quality files and I see no flaws at all. Regular 10-15gb 1080p files and the flaws are there. Deapool in 4k and game of thrones avc (10gb per episode) not a single watermark or something bad for picture quality

@Flafik thanks for your experience, but one thing is very important.
    1. If your TV only supports 1080, then you use Egreat HDMI (2.0) cable, and you can choose 4k output, but the picture quality on your TV will be smoothness. So this is why 1.4 HDMI can make you get the smooth picture on the 1080 TV. You should choose 1080 60hz to get the best picture quality with Egreat HDMI (2.0) cable on the 1080 TV.

    2. If yo TV supports 4k, then you use Egreat HDMI (2.0)cable, and choose 4k output, you will get the good quality picture.

If there are no problems on 4k, then same it is good, but here with TVs on Full HD 3D the problem has come to light.

Naturally in settings 1080/60 because at me isn't present 4k and he can't be chosen - the TV doesn't allow to apply settings 4k.
In general - a problem in a standard wire - and it is the fact. If it was not the wire, and for example bad Firmware, then I would regret that I have spent money for such crude product. But now there are no problems and I am happy with a vopsproizvedeniye of files. except youtube.

Hello! Faced such a problem, I can not say that this is related to this firmware, maybe just before such disks did not come across. When you try to play a disc from the menu, a message appears, the disc is encoded on region C or B and your player is region A, changing the region of the disc in the player's settings does not help writes all the same that the player of region A, whether it is possible to solve as that this problem? Sorry for my english.

@andre-asb this bug has been listed in the bugtracker thread....
  19. Another thing I am experiencing besides the watermarks which all of you explained to me why is happening , is when playing a video file specifically beauty and the beast 2017 for my daughter, in picture stuttering no smoothness at all which is very very annoying. Any solutions and why is this caused?
