here the issue
The same problem with me!
Thanks for the video
@Rita yes the problem is solved for me with the last two firmwares, but surprisingly it started for so many others.
Hi @lukappaseidue , for your problem is not the same as depmesh, please try to turn off bluetooth in setting, and then try.
The problem @lukappaseidue and others are facing is exactly the same as I was facing since the beginning. It is not different. The difference I see is that with the latest firmwares it affects users connected through wifi only.
@depmesh , your problem has been solved by V18.104.22.168 firmware, right?
@lukappaseidue , after you turn off wifi and bluetooth on V22.214.171.124 firmware, can you solve the problem?
I will try as soon as possible, and I will let you know.
Ok. I have done some test:
Switching ON/OFF the bluethoot, do not solve the issue.
Instead, switching OFF the WiFi connection seem to solve the issue.
I have also noticed that with WiFi OFF, turning off the unit, also turning off the standby led status that stay in always OFF, even when restart the unit, but, switching ON by remote controller, is working
Anyway, there is a bug.
Please, solve it, because I need WiFi Connection
okay, @lukappaseidue , thanks for your info, we will solve this, thanks.
Has the issue been resolved?
No. Only by turning the wifi off will it not occur. Will probably be solved with the new firmware.
Hi @All, yes, the problem will be solved in new firmware, so far, when you upgrade to V126.96.36.199 firmware, Setting-General-Factory reset to solve this problem.
and when will yhe new FW appear?
Ok. This trick is working.
I have reset the system and now the issue seem to be fixed
After have the first restart of the unit, the issue is still here.
No standby mode.
The trick with wifi disabled works, but i would really like to use the wifi funktion again in the near future.
here the solution
