Its the same 184.108.40.206 as far as I know.
That's strange that it gets that hot. I would think that the machine would start to die if it's that high. one of the odd things is I can't set my fan to go up to 100 degrees C. I can't read what the top line in the screenshot is though, maybe the temperature is something else. With your good cooling I can't imagine the box getting that hot though, especially in the winter. I will say that the HD I have installed in mine also gets pretty warm as well though. I don't feel the fan is working that well, but you have a Noctua, which is really good.
The box is faulty: Or the reading is incorrect or it is getting extremely hot indeed. In both cases a valid reason for an RMA.
The HDD inside an A10/A11 gets relative warm (still touchable but above average). The reason is the airflow inside the box which is far from optimal.
See my review:
Will be updated soon with the new FW changes taken into account..
Yes, I forgot to tell you about Dune, this was not observed, even after prolonged use of the player.
Вот фото моего плеера внутри чипсета огромный новый радиатор-остается только один-слабый внутренний блок питания-и это очень печально.Критическая температура игрока достигает только после просмотра одного из фильмов-как инженеры тестировали модель не знают.
Are you saying that yours is different from any other A10? Or that you're saying that all A10s will overheat due to the weak power supply? I don't believe my player gets up to critical temperature after only one movie, in spite of having the same internals.
A10 does not overheat normally and has a suitable PSU .
I bought my player on aliexpress-it is no different from the original-but the screenshots of 100 degrees Celsius speak for themselves-this should not be after an hour of operation of the player-this is not normal-which can only be assumed-a weak internal power supply that can not cope with long-term load.
Сегодня попробовал посмотреть видео через юсв - жесткий диск был отключен-его вытащили из плеера.Примерно через 30-35 минут видео температура поднялась-скриншоты цитируют-непонятно, что она думала в блоке питания - теперь думаю в программе.
Back home and could try myself. In fact I only can confirm your findings:
Looked at DSD playback using Music Player 2.0, but it frankly disappointed me:
- No SACD ISO recognition. Regarded a video.
- DSF/DFF only played when 'Audio source output" is unselected. Hence only will play using the standard Android driver at 48 kHz and no conversion to 176.4 kHz at 24-bit as expected by me.
- DSF/DFF Multi-CHannel won't play at all.
Honestly this is not what I call DSD support but OK it starts to do something with a tiny first step!
The player also still plays CD's converted to MP3/FLAC at 48 kHz and not 44.1 as it should do.
When entering a folder with FLAC or DSD then it may take up to 10 sec to display that folder.
Just dropping here to bade my final farewell to Egreat as of today, I have decided to sell my Egreat A10...this is my FINAL post in this forum and possibly for this brand. Once bitten twice shy...Currently I'm using Ziddo X9S which serves the same level of needs. Ciao Egreat!
Have a e-GREAT day everyone
Good luck with Zidoo you will come back the Zidoo does not performed well as the Egreat in terms of FULL BD MENU support:
I agreed with you on that...Egreat native player for playback of BD ISO with full menu navigation is soooo much better than Zidoo. But I have made up my mind. But you never know what holds for future of Egreat
