The problem comes when trying to see it on my 4K player (Egreat A5) you see the normal black stripe below, but at the top you see a double black stripe, even though I touch the options of the player and the TV does not hit the key .If I play the file with the native TV player it looks good. I have also reset both Egreat and TV to factory settings and it remains the same. With resolution: Width: 3,840 pixels Height: 2,160 pixels perfect, zero problems. With resolution: 1080xxxx perfect, zero problems. (Problem) With resolution: Width: 3,840 pixels Height: 1,600 pixels problem, top black band is twice the size. Not sure I understand it correctly, but when you set your A5 to 3840x1600 resolution you have this problem, but not with 1920x1080 or 3840x2160? So why do you need to set it to the resolution that have an issue?
You have not understood it well, my fault for not explaining it better and the translator .... the A5 Display option is configured at 4K UHD 60Hz, always. The problem happens when playing a file (movie) with this resolution: With resolution: Width: 3,840 pixels Height: 1,600 pixels problem, top black band is twice the size. @Nestai This is know bug of firmware base Android 5.1.1 now a.k.a double back bar bug cause by wrong position witch is was fixed on Android 7 beta firmware witch for Egreat A5 is pretty stable.
Thanks for the answer, after doing a little research on the forum I noticed that it was an Android 5.1 problem as you say, but after reading the topic of Android 7 Beta I don't know whether to update or not because it also has audio cutting problems etc. I'm going to wait a few days to buy the Dune HD 4k Pro II or the new Zidoo.
