Return & Exchage Policy

RMA Procedures:

1.In case your device should experience any issues related to hardware malfunctioning or you receive a faulty unit,please contact us via email.

2.Please provide us a clear and detailed description of the issues with your device,which will help us resolve the issuesin a quick manner.

You will need to include serial number and device models,and other details may include picutres of the receiver items ,your audio-video setup,TV brand and number, HDD type,your PCoperating,system,router and network setup etc.

3.We will review your request within 10 working days or sooner. Once we authorize your RMA,you will be asked to follow the next steps:

A.You will be asked  to fill in a RMA form we will provide to you.

B.After getting shipping approval,you will be required to put one copy of this form inside the box and keep one copy for your records.

C.Be sure to obtain a RMA & order NO.and clearly mark the outside of the box with these numbers. Instructions about what is needed to written on the package and return shipping address will be provided to you within the RMA approval mail.

D.You will be asked to ship your faulty unit to our warehouse.Please do not send any accessories along with the devices(cases,cables,brackets,remote control.AC AC Adapter,lce Cube,manuals,hard disks and product box).

E.You will be asked to provide a PDF scan of the stamped postal receipt showing shipping details:date,sender,recipient and shipping cost;Kindly use regular mail Not express mail/tracking number(postage expenses should not cost more than 10.00 Euro).

F.We will refund your account for shipping cost upon payment method you usde(up to 10.00 Euro).

PLEASE NOTE:WE WILL ISSUE REFUND FOR SHIPPING COST UP TO 10.00 EURO,NOT MORE.EVEN IF YOU WILL PAY MORE WE WILL NOT REFUND MORE THAN THIS AMOUNT.

4.After receiving your device at our warehouse,replacement device will be sent and you will receive a tracking number by mail.

 

Refund Policy:

1.You are entitled to a money back guarantee in case you are unhappy with your purchase.If the item is retumable and you send it back to us unopened in the original packaging,we will offer you a full refund based on youe original method of payment. You must return the product to our warehouse within 14 calendar days of delivery upon instructione we will provide.All products must be packed in original,unmarked packaging including any accessories manuals,documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

2.A Retrn Merchandise Authorization(RMA)number is required fou every return shipment to us.The applied Return Merchandise Authorization number on the shipment must match the correct amount of units,model type and serial numbers.

A.Write your Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the box in bold letters.

B.Use a traceable carrier that can provide a proof of delivery.(Keep these for your records.)

C.Return Merchandise Authorization numbers are valid for 30 days,from the date they are issued.

D.Remove and keep third party cases,cables,brackets remote control,AC Adapter,lce Cube,manuals,and diskettes.We cannot return these items to you.

E.Double-check and remove any mounting dongles/adapters/hdd attached.

3.All WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE VOIDED IF A PRODUCT IS RECEIVED UNDER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

A.Product was damaged during transport as a result of bad packaging

B.Product damaged,modified,scratched,or opened

C.Product was shipped without proper ESD protection(except external drives)

4.We will send you new device & refund you for shipping cost,as soon as:

A.Your RMA request has been approved by our RMA officer:

B.We will receive shipping confirmation from you by scan PDF of stamped postal receipt showing whipping date,of sendingfulty unit to our warehouse.

 

Required Packaging Steps:

A.Wrap with 2 inches of bubble wrap or non-movable foam cushioning.

B.Place in sturdy cardboard box.Do not use chipboard,as it is not strong enough to with stand the rigors of transit .Please make sure the corrugated carton is free from defects and is structurally sound.

C.Please print out the RMA Label and affix on the box.Write the RMA number on outside packaging,on three sides in bold print.
